What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are understanding, I have nothing to be worry about in case of balancing work and life because there is flexibility and understanding. managers are supportive of your growth and career development, you dreams, interests, needs and wellbeing. they are respectful and value your presence.

My supervisor and assistant supervisor are amazing!! They are very forgiving of mistakes, and kindly coach you to improve, rather than castigate or scold. Plus, we always look for occasions to have food!

PTO, flexing, ability to work remotely, learning and growth opportunity, great medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and investment plans.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I had to take a $12 an hour pay cut. I took the job because it was for a reputable company, in hopes of getting a higher paying job after a year (required). The PTO system is the worst I've ever seen. I have never been told I have to use my own PTO to cover a federal holiday.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The general attitude overall. We are allowed to joke around and have collegial fun. The nurses and doctors are (mostly) very kind-hearted and polite.
