Congeniality amongst most peers. We advance in our Practice in order to make mayo clinic look well
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency. Only out to be recognized bcause of the Mayo name. Constant turnover. If you use 3rd party for complaints against them, you are orced out toxic
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I certified in my area of transplant nursing. Created several portfolios for education for the whole hospital that I was later told my name was taken off of work
