This company pays well, however, it is more than worth it because of the stress you have to put up with from managers. I couldn't honestly rate the CEO as most employees have no interaction with him other than seeing his picture.

Both employees and management need work.

Nothing, it is expensive and doesn't really cover a lot.

They need better professionalism and the manager needs to put consequences in place.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not a whole lot. The patient's are spoiled, entitled and rude more often than not.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Changing leadership styles and not let their personal life affect the way they manage. We as employees are not allowed to bring our personal problems into the work place and the managers shouldn't as well.
