A culture of fear permeates throughout the organization. Unfortunately, not much has changed over the years. Management should be held accountable for fixing a culture of fear rather than people in the operation being told month after month that something might change.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
My interview was listening to directors/managers stroke their ego without asking a single meaningful question on how I would contribute to the organization. If you are interviewing, keep your mouth shut+nod along. As you will find out, tuning out these rants are the most valuable skill at McM
