What makes you most happy at work?

Lunch and the end of the work day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Working with other bright, dedicated employees. The company culture itself is horrible, though.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The managers doing the interviews were clearly intelligent and listened to what I said.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to staff. They have surveys and meetings, but they don’t actually really listen to what we tell them. Staff is on the front line every day, but management is dismissive when we express our experience. It’s like working in a dystopian environment where you’re being gaslighted ever

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Certain roles at the company exact heavy physical or mental costs, while others at the company are allowed much greater latitude in their workday. Staff whose roles directly interact with customers or who fill orders are expected to work nonstop, but pay is not commensurate w/ the toll on the person

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Staff coworkers are fine. It’s management that is the problem. They come up with ways to shave seconds off a call or a process, but the people who have to work harder to meet those seconds are the ones who receive lower pay. Mgrs receive higher pay but suffer none of the effects of their decision
