You will meet with many different levels of personnel for many different areas. This is one of the strongest areas of the company's culture.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Med-Metrix?
The true culture of the company is wonderful. The owner and CEO explains the culture extremely well. It is different from corporations and that difference is challenging in that the expectation is to work outside the constrictions of your labeled/titled area of expertise as an individual to achieve success vs. in a corporation, your focus is solely on you area of expertise and/or title . I would only suggest that any changes be provided at management or Director level as they may think they understand the culture as I wonder if their understanding may not be the same. Maybe interesting to ask.
What do people at Med-Metrix think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
CEO is great person and understands the amount of work involved with each facet of the business. Middle management style is tremendously different than CEO. Communications from CEO and middle management should improve. Employees are often confused about differences in how to achieve positive results for both levels.
