The staff and a few managers really try to instill a winning attitude
We are given the tools to succeed. When we do succeed we are compensated with bonuses for our head work.
Constant stress on if you will have a job or not. MedMen cannot run a business and bleeds money. At least 5 - 6 rounds of layoffs in the past 12 months.

Everyone wants each other to succeed. I am reached out to get my management and corporate teams constantly to check on my physical and mental health. I could not ask for a better team under my control as well. They all soak in the knowledge and continue to improve.
