the amount of time and effort isnt recognized

management or the lack there of

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Cliques. Dont turn around too fast when called or it might be runed into a grievance . this is how petty they are

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

the company has many layers and the in between layers manipulate if they dont get their way. stay in your lane and dont steal ideas. the incompetence is non existent

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

full of cliques and will put you down and or push you out if you dont conform. dont try to put too much effort it might make you stand out and a threat to the opportunistic people

What did you like most about the interview process?

they make the company seem great. its a hot young industry and every wide eyed person is trying to get in. there is nothing wrong with that but there needs to be some major re structuring too many repetitive positions and everyone is trying to prove their worth even if it is slander
