How employees describe working at Merrill Lynch
Customer Service needs improvement and response
When you call your advisor and he waits three days to return call because he has been "ever so busy" that doesn't sit well. JP Morgan Chase might be a better fit for me since I have a larger account there.
Systems are antiquated: for example to rollover a 401k they have to send you a check by mail! You can pay extra to ups it but you cant pick it up at a local office or even make it signature required.
customer service and respect for the client
Usually great service at all levels
