Meta Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

atleast i got paid reasonably compare to my last job

Its high, but also the only thing that keeps me in the company as im looking for new opportunities

Salary and RSU, especially when stock price is growing strong.

Equity is way more than any other company would provide

The really high base salary and stock.

Base salary is the best part

The stock packages are great

my regular salary, and my bonus

Review from Engineering Dept

decent pay, good insurance, and wellness money.

Base and stocks options are good

stock options are the best part of the package

Wellness benefit, excellent Medical benefits

Health insurance, PTO, dental, shares

The RSU package at hiring

Wellness benefit and global travel days, all of it

Paid holiday after 5 years

Their health coverage was really good

Review from HR Dept

The return on equity followed by top of the market cash comp

Stocks and wellness benefit, work from home benefits

Bonus, growth potential, equity refreshers 401k contributions

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There should be an increase in the basic Salaries to survive Inflation and living Expenses

I have a technical role but not SWE, and seeing how many RSUs SWEs get at hire compared to mine is really depressing. My job has lower barriers, competition, and burnout, so I wouldn't expect comparable RSUs, but 5% the rate is so low!

Working so hard and taking overtime

increase pay, free housing for employees and workers, CEO to spread wealth to employee

Review from Engineering Dept

Higher stock and more base related to new employees

Review from Engineering Dept

It’s an industry problem. As a Content Designer we are generally far under compensated compared to our Research or Product design peers. Meta pays at the top of the range, but even there the gap is wide between disciplin

Market says I am underpaid.

I have to work a lot of OT to achieve that type of compensation

Review from Operations Dept

Can be making more at other competitors.

My child makes more than me and the work I do here matters

I am underpaid at least 25% than the market value

Meta hires the best people

More money would be great

Review from Engineering Dept

I work for a non profit entity which, government owned with no option for share schemes and bonuses due to the nature of the organisation's mandate.

My compensation was lowballed, they wouldn't budge, I'm about 30% lower than average but Facebook recruited me and I have 2 decades of experience yet am now financially worse dues to the deceptive way they structure their salary offer

The salary is low despite the load of work

Stock compensation is extremely biased towards SWE and Tech, while the overall impact is across all functions coming together to help Tech employees succeed. Equity parity or narrowing the gap in equity pay,.

Review from HR Dept

Because it's contractors we aren't even allowed to use the physical activity facilities

Review from Customer Support Dept

Being treated fairly and more secure privacy.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Just a bigger paycheck probably haha
