Management needs to appreciate the people that work there. Give back the money they took from there employees.
I do more than usual associate and still get paid the same.
The main leaders are mostly concerned with their own image and don’t actually listen to anyone below them. They can be found walking the floor, spending their time flirting with the opposite sex. They lack any accountability and do not treat everyone equally.

Too much work for amount of work performed
I was told by multiple people in the industry that my offer was 15K lower than the starting salary as a graphic designer
3% annual merit increase are an insult and prove that th company does not care about their employees.

I just feel like I put in the same work as a full time even better sometimes .. And I should get the chance to be a FUll time with equity pay.. specially with the new tier system of commission . I mean yes it can Bree a good thing! But ofcourse it has it’s bads as well..
