What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our management is whats going wrong and it affects every employee there.
They need to put back the quality into there bags.
Need to hire more people’s for the back house support... overwhelming with work by ourselves.

Upper management is unprofessional. HR department is going through the motions. Everyone there is only looking out for themselves and their personal gains.
They need to start paying their employees fairly especially when we make thousands of dollars every day and never see 1% of that it's ridiculous and uncalled. $10 an hour is what I make with maybe 15 hours a week no one can live off that not even someone in high school.

I remember being so happy to go to work everyday just the motivation of the commission and everything for the 1st time it wa as cool experience but then as a part time i was starting to notice it still wasn’t enough specially at minimum wage.. honestly commission barely had an effect..
