Hiring better managers ones that treat employees correct not bullying them
Direction is clear but too many people living in fear and too much back stabbing.
Communication an treat everyone the same
not tying into drama within employees
Giving equal opportunities to grow with in the company based on employees abilities
More hours and more encouragment
Respect from my manager. Comminucation between assistant manager, it seems like we are in high school with the way the manager -Anthony Smith- handles everything. He doesnt think, and says inappropriate things.

i see others getting more hours than i do
The amount of stress and trauma that you undergo, it is best to simply stay away. It is an extremely unhealthy enviroment.
Better and more fair pay
Take work seriously and try to sell something .
We need to work together more and be more supportive.
not being a part of drama and communicating better
Team work and helping putting all the go back, back where it belongs... don’t expect the back house to do everything for them.
Review from Sales Dept
I wish my coworkers would stay. People are always getting fed up with management and leaving after only being there for a short time. I’ve made a lot of good friends working there but it’s sad because no one can handle management or the customer base at my mall so everyone quits.

A conversation and a raise

Give us the tools to be successful. Stop expecting so much on so little
Absolutely horrible company, horrific pay, terible culture, and zero work life balance.... RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Leadership does not actually care to make the culture better, just tries to gaslight you constantly about how you arent doing enough even though you work 12-14 hour days
The environment is very toxic which stems from the top down and is extremely obvious. The joke used to be that if the director complimented your performance one day, you had better prepare for the next because he was going to find something to shred you apart on the following day.
Happy employees create happy customers and happy customers generate sales, happy work environments need to be established
Review from Sales Dept
reading into people better and not hiring everybody
Interviewing seems to be fine at the company
Make it simpler, a three stage process for working basically a minimum wage job? I know it’s “elevated” but come on
Review from Sales Dept
Our management is whats going wrong and it affects every employee there.
They need to put back the quality into there bags.
Need to hire more people’s for the back house support... overwhelming with work by ourselves.
Review from Sales Dept
The management needs to get a grip on what being a leader is for their team. It is not a dictatorship, running a store.
Review from Sales Dept
Upper management is unprofessional. HR department is going through the motions. Everyone there is only looking out for themselves and their personal gains.
Hire qualified leaders that know how to manage teams
