Molina Healthcare Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Overtime pay and pay rate

Stock plan accessible to employees

Health, dental, vision, 401k and matching benefits!!!

Short term incentive program engages employees in the success of the company

Review from Operations Dept

The annual bonus is always getting paid more than what was committed

benefits and bonuses that is all

Pay is good. Health insurance could be better.

Good salary and competitive with other companies

The medical benefits are great.

The vast amount of benefits is amazing. Not just the basic care package. There are a ton of benefits not used, but that are available. I would appreciate if we could opt out of some benefits and have that transition to bigger pay checks.

We currently have a good benefit package (health and vision). Dental benefits are okay.

haven't decided as of this day

I liked the pay and 401k

The 401k match is 4%, there are a lot of benefits Molina offers to make up for the belittling pay and over working.

The compensation package is comprehensive

Review from Customer Support Dept

More than fair pay, good benefits, work life balance.

It is wonderful I love it

Family coverage is very reasonable

Review from Operations Dept

I like my health insurance

Review from Operations Dept

Good base salary, not dependent on commission

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fair opportunity , realistic demands, better raises

No bonus structure except Directors and above

Unrealistic goals and expectations without anyway to help you achieve.

Having worked for the medicare side you are verbally abused these ppl are not held accountable they are angry at their own incompetence and its allowed. Molina wants you to sit there and take it thats one of the reasons the turn around is low and the conpensation.

I feel underpaid and overworked

No cost of living increases, very outdated benefit package, limited PTO

I work at least 50-60 hour weeks

I have a professional job but I can't support my family. My experience, knowledge, attitude, and work ethic make me valuable and I should be compensated accordingly. I am looking elsewhere and have opportunity to make 20k more annually in a same/similar position with another company.

Review from Operations Dept

A better pay and better work environment.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel I should be paid more for the amount of time I have to put into work. I work more than I see my family.

Review from Operations Dept

if they treated employees fairly

Review from Customer Support Dept

There is no room for growth. The company makes promises they don’t keep, and favoritism.
