If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Morgan Stanley?
There needs to be more collaboration less intimidation and equal pay for women. Morgan Stanley is very good at saying the right thing not so good at doing the right thing. Hiring more women as flex or temp employees will not correct pay disparity.

Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Morgan Stanley?
I met several times with the branch manager and then met with various financial advisors. Final interview was with complex manager. Total time from first contact to start date was about four months.
How's the vacation policy at Morgan Stanley?
As a Financial Advisor, I can take as much vacation as I want up to 4 weeks at a time.

I experienced a rather lengthy interview process. It took about four months from initial contact to hire date.

options trading is the fastest growing. The part having difficulties is the occasional traders.

Not very good. People don't share knowledge, they steal your credit, and change is slow.

Plan for the future, break out of mentality of change is bad.

Yes, but it needs to improve to stay at the top or it will slip to a lesser organization.
