Motel 6 Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Discounted hotel rate for me

Pay is the best part

that we can work when we need too.

Working alone and knowing what's going on

Review from Customer Support Dept

It is made available early in your employment.

Review from Operations Dept

I'd say generally quite fair ... but not progressive

Review from Admin Dept

My pay rate is good my hour's are good

Employeer matching my 401k contributions

Review from Customer Support Dept

dental, medical, eye, life insurance

Review from Admin Dept

The amount of time off.

Review from Operations Dept

Great flexibility and they will work within your parameters.

Review from Customer Support Dept

The people there are friendly and they are responsible, and respectable

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The manager over works, is disrespectful, hardly works herself, talks badly about employess.

Sick pay vaction retirement plan medical benifits anything would be nice

To get paid what we deserve

Not being paid enough, No communication from shift to shift. customer info is all over the front desk for everyone to see. . The Front desk supervisor takes pills while at work and messes up peoples accounts. the list just goes on....

I believe house kepping should be paid more because they keep the rooms clean pay em more get more elbow on the wipe...

Manager discriminated me in front of other employees.

I feel that full-time employees should be offered decent health benefits, paid leave, and at least pay us what somewhere like Aldi is paying.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I think that the pay should be raised based on work load and longevity.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Pay was 8.50 hour had to run front desk, laundry and sometimes housekeeping, plus the front area coffee, tea, condiments vacuum. clean windows & door glass was to be done, All had to be done before shift over 6/8 hour shift. This is all done on first shift, that I usually worked. No benefits.

Review from Admin Dept

i work front desk overnight and $9 isn't enough for an overnight shift. not only they do not have benefits. They make front desk do housekeeping and maintenance work for little pay.

Review from Customer Support Dept

they pay minimum wage and the schedule is always changing so you don't even get to adjust to a sleep schedule.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Maybe a little more pay and paid holidays

Review from Customer Support Dept

lots of work for little amount of pay. i would feel better with more pay maybe even decent benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

They treat you like garbage, constantly put you down and belittle you.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They treat you like just a number... compensation should be more for the conditions they subject you to. My location never has any stock on hand and you have to work outside.

Review from Operations Dept

There is no benefits offered and starting wage is ridiculous

Review from Operations Dept

i was a housekeeper that did the duties of the head house keeper without the pay while the real head house keeper slept in one of the rooms

Review from Customer Support Dept

I work both housekeeping and the desk. I have made myself more valuable and it's not recognized.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Blackstone should change executive team to boost employee morale. The current leadership team is not honest and disengaged . They keeping managers who steal and keeps stealing but they manage to stay and they keep stealing and good amount of funds. Hr knows but they not gonna do anything about it. S
