How employees describe working at Motel 6

Helping people out when they have no other place to go

My coworkers and the guests

I have spoken to Customer Care three times in the last month and nothing has happened with my complaint. It will be a long time before I stay at another motel 6, plus I will warn everybody who plans on staying at one.

I was charged for an extra night in a room I didn't stay in. And now the motel will not answer the phone. HOW did they rent a room to someone with my card information wasnt even the same room I stayed in. Will not being staying at motel 6 again.

When I was hired, I was trained by another VERY NEW employee. One who had only been there a few herself. I received no training at all from my manager, whom lives on site. I was only there for about a week and a half before I was responsible for training the other new employee.
