Respect Communication Privacy Friend comes for co-workers flirt and do things in parking lot and hotel room

I have never attended or known about a company meeting

Coworkers need to learn to come to work on time do your job quit blaming other coworkers for something you did or didnt do. If you are on call that means be prepared to be called in that day.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

you need to replace the managers at motel 6 in clarkston washington

A better manager that knows how to run the business

There is a lot of repairs that need fixing like painting outside and inside the carpet in the hallway is damaged. There is no elevator going to the second floor.

Be fair to all employees whether they are family, friends or anyone. If you are manager and they are family or friends they are no better than the other employees treat all fair .

Review from Admin Dept

Better staffing and management's view of staff.

Review from Operations Dept

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

getting more information on employees backgrounds

If the person that was suppose to interview me would have showed up I'm not sure how that would have been. The manager at that time had me to tell the girl that I was replacing to interview me, she hired me right away. Started working right away.

Review from Admin Dept

Being more friendly, as well as more knowledgeable and informative about what the job actually entails

Review from Customer Support Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

employees be late all the time with no disipline

I feel that upper management needs to be willing to spend the money to make improvements to our property. For instance, the roof needs to be repaired, we need security cameras, and these are things they've known about for a while now.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Fairness needs to be improved. Maybe even a new manager one that will do her job in calling repair people and other companies. This place needs a lot of new employees.

Review from Admin Dept

a new owner who really cares about the employees and guest would make a big improvment

Review from Customer Support Dept

Its work, nobody is happy with going to work
