Doctor had been in practice many years so had a loyal patient base.

I have a separate office to separate me from the non-compliance of employees at the front desk.

The store level employees, there is no culture at this level

The Eyewear Consultant was truly invested in their patients and went above and beyond for them.

My coworkers come to work everyday and give 1000% and are some of the best in their position and this company I'd going to run us all dry if they dont start making the changes that are needed

The turnover is high and the training is minimal, so chaos is the daily result.
