Better healthcare options (BCBS) would be nice. Having a way to be promoted or any sort of career advancement. Cross Training or better training/continued training for my job and other products. Lastly, it would be nice to get a raise that wasn't a percentage of a percentage once a year.

SDR pay is about 30% lower compared to similar roles for other companies. At the same time, OTE was changed several times throughout the year with no changes to the overall compensation package. I'd like to see the compensation adjusted to where it aligns with general cost of living expenses.

Compensation is decent but the benefits have been updated and don't align with what I feel is fair. I also feel that the extra perks (daily snacks and lunches/breakfasts) are lackluster and really pushed as a "Great reason to work here" but we end up being made to feel bad for taking snacks or food
