N-able Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Good mutual value on what I give and what I get

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 15 days ago

The Vitality health cover that gives me affordable access to a gym.

Review from IT Dept

Free lunch once a week.

Review from Marketing Dept

A satisfying compensation package for the learning and growth opportunity of the role

Review from HR Dept

I don't have an opinion on this

Review from HR Dept

The salary itself is competitive within the same field. Performance bonus is something that I really like as you get something based on how you have contributed. And of course, depending on how the company did in terms of earnings.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I think all of my benefits together make for a very good compensation package, I wouldn't be able to pick just one

Review from Marketing Dept

It is a fair package

Review from Operations Dept

health maintenance organization automatic enrollment of my dependencies

Review from Customer Success Dept

I appreciate the free healthcare.

Review from Marketing Dept

Health Insurance Coverage is great

Review from Sales Dept

Base salary and appraisals are good. Bonus is the best part.

Review from Engineering Dept

The best part is the base pay.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Health benefits are solid and reliable

Review from IT Dept

company-paid medical, dental and vision benefits for you and your family in the US

Review from HR Dept

When I joined N-able, my mom was included in my HMO for free during my first year, even though they knew she was 68 years old. After a year, I was informed that I now have to pay for her HMO because she is beyond the age limit.

Review from Finance Dept

I value that our compensation package is competitive, transparent, and includes benefits that support both my professional and personal well

Review from IT Dept

The best part are HMO and allowance.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Overall, what makes N-able’s compensation package is the balance between competitive pay, meaningful recognition, and a genuine investment in employee well-being. It demonstrates that the company values its people as much as its

Review from Operations Dept

great office facilities and amenities

Review from Product Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

fair compensation for my role at other companies is considerably higher and the ability to work from home full time has been removed. Being forced into an office multiple days a week and having to spend upwards of 3 hours a day commuting do not fit with my view of a healthy work life balance.

Review from Product Dept

Below inflation pay rises are bad.

Review from Engineering Dept

Better healthcare options (BCBS) would be nice. Having a way to be promoted or any sort of career advancement. Cross Training or better training/continued training for my job and other products. Lastly, it would be nice to get a raise that wasn't a percentage of a percentage once a year.

Review from IT Dept

SDR pay is about 30% lower compared to similar roles for other companies. At the same time, OTE was changed several times throughout the year with no changes to the overall compensation package. I'd like to see the compensation adjusted to where it aligns with general cost of living expenses.

Review from Sales Dept

I think other colleagues with the same experience get more pay than me

Review from Engineering Dept

I'm overqualified for my position and regardless of my experience and continuous overachievement; I'm still an SDR. Compared to other companies our compensation is greatly underpaid. I'd like a higher base or at least being able to retain lvl 2 without it resetting once achieved.

Review from Sales Dept

There is no room for growth

Review from Marketing Dept

There are no opportunities for growth, and sometimes my contributions to the company are overlooked

Review from Finance Dept

contractors do not have benefits

Review from Engineering Dept

The complexity and scope of the collections role often go beyond what’s typically recognized. It’s not just about following up on payments, it involves analytical work

Review from Finance Dept

We need an increase in allowance

Review from Customer Support Dept

No loyalty program or benefits outside the mediocre pension plan. Loyalty is never rewarded

Review from Finance Dept

My compensation is far below what other companies are offering. Our new hires are crap because our starting pay is low.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I feel undervalued because I'm not being promoted despite doing my best, I've been in the company for 5 years, my managers prioritize leveling up the newbies. It would make me feel better if the compensation is fair and be based on employees tenureship and performance.

Review from Customer Support Dept

tasks are no longer within my job description but the pay remains the same. Also, we want to at least get our salary twice a month instead of once

Review from Customer Success Dept

Work that is not clearly visible to management (such as feature that can be sold to customers) is work that "does not exist" unless explicitly pointed at.

Review from Engineering Dept

Expecting for more on the current standard salary.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Compensation is decent but the benefits have been updated and don't align with what I feel is fair. I also feel that the extra perks (daily snacks and lunches/breakfasts) are lackluster and really pushed as a "Great reason to work here" but we end up being made to feel bad for taking snacks or food

Review from Customer Success Dept

Probably, the salary is not keeping pace with the current economic system.

Review from IT Dept

clarity in metrics to achieve bonus and awards
