Some of the leadership team is out of touch with the reality of being an individual contributor. Quota increased without increase in products or features after a breach don't make sense. And male leadership can be very condescending to women and top performers have left as a result.

Onboarding process was not thorough. Non-existent processes, company seems to want to accept the way they have always done things when there are better ways. Hitting brick walls trying to make changes for the better. Can't seem to get access to any of the products via VMs to be effective.
