What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

RTO mandates and other wasted efforts, just fix transparency.

Review from Operations Dept

Stealth layoffs at Christmas are demoralizing. Seeing the top tier get massive pay bumps and stock increases while we get a pittance of stock worth half what it was two years ago isn't great. Yelling about AI with no idea what that even means. Releasing half done features that are never finished.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The pay is below industry average and the raises are paltry. I receive conflicting directions from higher-ups, and decisions randomly made are just as randomly reversed.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They need to take feedback the results of the pulse survey more seriously. There are clear and strong messages there that they choose to overlook

Review from Customer Success Dept

Too many silos, not enough cross-team

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

fair compensation for my role at other companies is considerably higher and the ability to work from home full time has been removed. Being forced into an office multiple days a week and having to spend upwards of 3 hours a day commuting do not fit with my view of a healthy work life balance.

Review from Product Dept

Below inflation pay rises are bad.

Review from Engineering Dept

Better healthcare options (BCBS) would be nice. Having a way to be promoted or any sort of career advancement. Cross Training or better training/continued training for my job and other products. Lastly, it would be nice to get a raise that wasn't a percentage of a percentage once a year.

Review from IT Dept

SDR pay is about 30% lower compared to similar roles for other companies. At the same time, OTE was changed several times throughout the year with no changes to the overall compensation package. I'd like to see the compensation adjusted to where it aligns with general cost of living expenses.

Review from Sales Dept

I think other colleagues with the same experience get more pay than me

Review from Engineering Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Most of my coworkers are great people and don’t need to change anything. The problem with our interaction usually stems from how our work is organized, which isn't our responsibil

Review from Engineering Dept

It is just different interacting with people on video calls, not much that can be done about it

Review from Marketing Dept

They need to think things through before they act rather than acting on impulse.

Review from Sales Dept

Care about others and a unified goal instead of being self serving only.

Review from Sales Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

paid more and feel valued

Review from Sales Dept

More freedom to engineers, we are (imo) massively hindered by bureaucracy and processes for example by a different team owning the infrastructure. Working with Microsoft Azure means giving developers freedom and access on demand as Infrastructure and Code integrate heavily (the true DevOps)

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

Fundamental disconnect with ELT, mini fiefdoms and some people have been there too long which makes change difficult with old ideas plaguing and stifling growth. Also limits internal opportunities as these folks don't leave and mostly promote their friends.

Review from Operations Dept

I'm bored. My boss rejects my ideas. There's an orgy of meetings during the EMEA and NA overlap. My boss is always in meetings when I need to talk to him. His boss is always in meetings.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Certain approaches used for product development, dictated by the company, lead to stalled progress, routine work, and increased bureaucracy. To fix this, managers above the engineering manager, who directly decide how the team should operate, need to have a DEEP understanding of the product.

Review from Engineering Dept

a lot of fire drill tasks to be performed each day and it can be a overwhelming at times

Review from Customer Success Dept

So many meetings that could have been an email. Everyone complains how busy they are, but nothing is being accomplished. I can't work with anyone one-on-one because they are so caught up in busywork.
