Overall work is ok, currently working short handed and loosing vacation hours yearly because days off being denied due to being short handed and the use or lose vacation policy. Minor changes would make the work environment more comfortable and employee retention better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation policy where if you don't use it you lose it needs reform to allow carry over instead of losing the time. The company benefits when the employee can't take Vacation or days off that they have earned. Keep in place the number of weeks due to time in service a person can take.
