Especially with human resources our contact person never answers their phone never returns a phone call. And that location is midler avenue and Syracuse New York. It's the worst human resources people that I've ever seen in any corporation. Absolutely terrible

Pay attention to the employees the same way they worry about the store and it's performance
Micromanager picks on the small stuff
Communication, problem solving, listening to staff problems, TRAINING.
admitting mistakes and listening to employees.

Bonus potential was very good

Vacation policy where if you don't use it you lose it needs reform to allow carry over instead of losing the time. The company benefits when the employee can't take Vacation or days off that they have earned. Keep in place the number of weeks due to time in service a person can take.

The company doesn't seem to care about staff. A competitive payrate, acknowledgement of individual work done (We're all just numbers), better management and evaluation of store managers that includes staff input (manager plays the higher ups like a fiddle, but all the staff know he needs to retire)

Don't tell your employees that you cannot give them a raise and then brag about record profits at the next meeting

What are some of the best things about your team?
My job was to provide my team with the tools they needed and then get out of their way
With the exception of one person we all work together

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Mind their own business concerning their co-workers.
I only look forward to seeing 2 coworkers. The other coworker are no support, look down on you and always looking for flaws in their employees
It would be great if they wouldnt run and hide, but do their job.
I do not work there no longer. I've been out on sick leave for more than three months with no pay
Overall my coworkers are pretty easy to deal with

Interacting with the customers on my route.
They like to have a good time

Managers need to help more

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My customers love me and I do a great job
They need to man up and pay me my back pay for the days in the checks today. Missed that calls me to get behind on my bills 7 times they were late with my check. Sometimes I would have to wait a whole month on my check by weekly
Overpriced, low value, out of stock.
NOT ENOUGH MOMEY TO LIVE ON.
