The store 489 the manager doesnt care for her employees only the ones that brown nose her. She was disrespectful to me. I told her i needed a car with a/c because it was over 100 degrees outside and she just looked at me turned around and walked away. Thats why i quit 3 others followed.

Hire another manager one who cares about all of there employees

Being on deliveries and stay far away from my boss as possible

My assistant manager is awesome and my co workers i worked with. The only person that was disrespectful was my boss
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If my manager would of listened to me instead of walking away from me. I would still be working for napa
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get a new manager that cares about there employees. I asked my boss to fix the a/c in my car and she NO my regional came in had a car for me with a/c in 30 min at my store.
