What do you like best about the leadership team? They seem to be aware of just how useless they are, as shown in their frantic messaging about our state of financial destitution.
What did you like most about the interview process?Getting to meet with team members.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? Some of management and junior staff.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Stop being reactive to our customers and letting them dictate our product. Stop hand holding for the few when we could be building a better product for the many. Stop confusing some instructors rudeness/inability to be responsible for the tasks they take on as actually programmatic flaws.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Stop confusing constantly talking with effective communication. Reduce endless meetings and focus on best practices, standards, and flows that make sense. We wouldn't need everyone in the room to discuss every step of the way if we had set operations to follow and standards to measure against!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The job I was hired for is ~10% of what I was actually responsible for.
