National Multiple Sclerosis Society Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

PTO is generous for me and my family

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher salary based on performance instead of salary caps with nowhere to grow

Undervalued because I'm doing two people's jobs at least More money. Lower health care costs would help.

I feel undervalued because I've been given an increased workload due to understaffing and no extra compensation. I would like a salary increase of some sort to reflect the changes in my workload, rather than a pat on the back. After all, this is a job, not kindergarten.
