What makes you most happy at work?

seeing events play into fruition

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Understand job responsibilities and work together where there's overlap.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

increase pay, value lower level employees opinions and judgement, unconscious bias training, more accountability

What did you like most about the interview process?

No one seemed judgmental about my resume or question responses and it seemed like in each of the three interviews I had staff came in with an open mind

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Understanding that we are not "yes men" and we want our opinions and our work to be valued. Increasing diversity among staff and following through with commitments to a diversity statement. Put safety over profits. Why are we holding in person events during a pandemic?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because I've been given an increased workload due to understaffing and no extra compensation. I would like a salary increase of some sort to reflect the changes in my workload, rather than a pat on the back. After all, this is a job, not kindergarten.
