Workload distribution. My boss does nothing with volunteers; he "supervises" the team while we do everything. Senior leadership is beyond redemption. They need to start from scratch and have more diverse people and ideas on leadership to better fulfill their mission.
Understanding that we are not "yes men" and we want our opinions and our work to be valued. Increasing diversity among staff and following through with commitments to a diversity statement. Put safety over profits. Why are we holding in person events during a pandemic?
Higher salary based on performance instead of salary caps with nowhere to grow
Undervalued because I'm doing two people's jobs at least More money. Lower health care costs would help.
I feel undervalued because I've been given an increased workload due to understaffing and no extra compensation. I would like a salary increase of some sort to reflect the changes in my workload, rather than a pat on the back. After all, this is a job, not kindergarten.
Decrease workplace bullying. Increase teamwork and compassion.
Understand job responsibilities and work together where there's overlap.
We are beyond a quick fix. The problems start at the top, and seep into local hiring.
Decrease bullying and pointless meetings that could be emails
