Annoying and hectic. Problems are hard to solve when you are constantly being told you are at fault.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay me more. Teach the leads how to lead. Teach maintenance how to maintain.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't even know how to answer this. I have been dreaming of a new job since I started here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leads all switch days of being in charge. But then get mad at each other when they are all pretending to lead the same day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been told constantly how the lenses not being perfect is my fault. Then I will go get maintenance and they will spend hours fixing the machines I was using. Showing me that it is maintenances fault and not mine.
