There's alot of different options

Compensation is very fair and there is also oppurtunities to earn bonuses.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

get your benefits and HR stuff together, it's a mess.

Pay is low, there are no benefits and we are expected to work horrible hours. No chance for advancement among part-time employees.
