The overall direction has been in serious decline, several employees are over-worked, and there is a major focus on increasing revenue and profits over what is fair and decent to employees and customers.

Listen to employees who have experience about things that really matter, not just about the fluff stuff.

They need to quit making so many changes that affect the way we interact with our customers.

Compensation is very fair and there is also oppurtunities to earn bonuses.

Pay is low, there are no benefits and we are expected to work horrible hours. No chance for advancement among part-time employees.

They are very helpful and willing to go the extra mile for one another.

They all have different areas that need improvement. Some just need to focus more. Others just need to be a little less worried about things that are not their job to worry about.

I don't really interact with my coworkers because we all work independently from home.

The company needs to be honest, ensure that everyone understands all of the parts of the business, and be transparent about pay, earnings, direction, and potential losses.

There needs to be better communication and connectivity amongst departments

There wasn't really an interview process to speak of. I applied for the position and was emailed an acceptance letter for the position. Any questions I answered were in the form of an online survey.

The executive leadership team does not value the input from experienced employees.

It's not a bad place to work, but it's also not at all exciting. It's very mundane and slow paced. It'd be nice if there were more tasks to complete/goals.
