Supportive - fun - clear goals - allowed to smoke in designated smoking areas on campus - diverse group - no prejudices.

io get constant feedback about how to improve and on what I am excelling at.

Email communications are clear and thank us for our work.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company needs to be honest, ensure that everyone understands all of the parts of the business, and be transparent about pay, earnings, direction, and potential losses.

There needs to be better communication and connectivity amongst departments

So far I have no complaints every company is ready for change.
