Pleasant work environment - clear and attainable goals.
knowing I am earning a living and loving my job
Being able to set my own hours and work from home.
The hours and the interactions with co-workers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The executive leadership team does not value the input from experienced employees.
It's not a bad place to work, but it's also not at all exciting. It's very mundane and slow paced. It'd be nice if there were more tasks to complete/goals.
