There needs to be better communication and connectivity amongst departments

Most of them took place over the phone and were easy questions

They do check in on you when needed and help you with whatever, but they don't hover over you and micromanage
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's not a bad place to work, but it's also not at all exciting. It's very mundane and slow paced. It'd be nice if there were more tasks to complete/goals.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They all have different areas that need improvement. Some just need to focus more. Others just need to be a little less worried about things that are not their job to worry about.
