Pay is low, there are no benefits and we are expected to work horrible hours. No chance for advancement among part-time employees.
They all have different areas that need improvement. Some just need to focus more. Others just need to be a little less worried about things that are not their job to worry about.
I don't really interact with my coworkers because we all work independently from home.
People need to show up for their shifts!

There needs to be better communication and connectivity amongst departments

The executive leadership team does not value the input from experienced employees.
It's not a bad place to work, but it's also not at all exciting. It's very mundane and slow paced. It'd be nice if there were more tasks to complete/goals.
