A bit over the top.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from NetApp?
Team members, management, technical director. Head back in 12 hours. Took 1 business day after that for the written offer. So all done in 2 days from interview to offer. From the first contact to end was about 5 business days.

Nice casual, not blue jeans and a t-shirt.

I can't remember. It was an 8 hour interview day.

What do you know about the product as an outsider? How do you deal with conflict?
How flexible is your work schedule at NetApp?
Mostly fine except for the sledgehammer move to Scaled Agile and a ridiculous amount of wasted time in meetings discussing the same thing over and over.
How's the feedback process at NetApp?
NetApp via the Solidfire acquisition. Feedback is ignored, or they give the excuse that everyone is having the same issue, or the product is not "mature" enough to start thinking about that.

What are your coworkers at NetApp like?
Simply put, most are a lot younger than me! They are very smart but lack experience (or maybe are not jaded yet). They have a lot of great ideas but seem to only be able to execute to about 90%. They don't often take in the experiences of the "older and experienced" engineers.
What are you most excited about working at NetApp?
Of the companies I've worked for in the past and been acquired, NetApp has treated me and others the best. They seem to want to be sure people like working for them, and I think it works.
What's the company culture like at NetApp?
Young culture. Set your hours as well as what work you do as long as it meets the common goal and deadlines. Lots of meetings, not a lot of processes but it is recognized that process is important for quality. Young management that often struggles to see the bigger picture that older and more experienced engineers see. Often stuck on misconceptions about how things work.
What interview questions does NetApp ask?
Why NetApp, where do you want to be in 5 years. Deep technical questions on storage protacals, sizing, and devops along with openstack
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at NetApp?
Managers' load & pressure are much higher than the same pay grade of engineers, but the RSU's awarded are lower in general.
What do you like best about the leadership team at NetApp?
That they have a plan and are moving to align the company as a whole to it.
What does the leadership team at NetApp need to get better at?
Communicating company focus.
