Nike Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's a fair benefits package

The base salary is fair within my industry.

Options and RSU folded in once you reach a certain band.

The ESPP is pretty great with getting shares at 15% below market value. The retirement match of 5% is pretty top notch as well.

A good amount if stock options

Options have been great until last 5 years. Maybe healthcare.

Having some stock options or RSU's and bonus most years.

I am currently a contractor and have no benefits.

employees sabbatical leave and long service award

Compensation package is fair and is rated by your job description

The best part is the low cost

The pay & benefits are great

discounts and company stocks that are good

Base salary is competitive and the wellness week off is a nice perk

The Stock options are the best part

I get discounts on Jordans.

401k, Health, Dental, Vision plan

Review from Sales Dept

The best part are the promo codes as well as the compensations

Profit sharing, employee stock purchase plan, medical/dental/vision

Being able to invest in stocks

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Pay should be higher or raises should be more frequent and higher.

job security. the broad layoffs with no reassignment options is very bad.

i wasent compensated when i got stabbed in the foot by a co-worker. stupid question

Review from HR Dept

I guess for the portland area we do well but when you have a whole tech ops org who cannot work remotely when you can get a remote job that pays more with better benefits. It's hard to make a comparison.

Review from Engineering Dept

health/medical insurance plan could be better and having a clear and visible salary grade structure would help.

I think we need to pay for better talent.

Review from IT Dept

They want you to work so fast for long hours and little pay

Review from Product Dept

A raise because my check right now is trifling.

Review from Sales Dept

Too much standing low break times

Review from Product Dept

More transparency about the connection between performance reviews, promotion and compensation. Many director-level individuals are over compensated for roles and responsibilities that are deftly handled by entry level teammates. Compensation appears to be tied to who you are friends with.

Review from Design Dept

Paid less than new hires and I have more experience and years of service

Review from Operations Dept

women need to be paid fairly and end the male culture that is toxic to women.

Review from Finance Dept

You don’t get paid for the job you do - you get a raise from your last job.

Review from Product Dept

Paid under market value, should get more then 3 weeks off

Review from IT Dept

Because Im always desling with peoples problems and I think Im underpaid.

Review from Customer Support Dept

No support for managers, over worked, poor HR support, upper management brag about firing people.

I feel l should be paid to my performance and my yearly increases should be based on that

Review from Business Development Dept

I am tired of having way more responsibilities and demands for over four years but still paid the same as someone walking off the street for their first time job.

Review from Operations Dept

Feel that I am paid less then men in equal roles

Review from HR Dept

Too many insiders and too much promotion of friends over talent
