Company invests heavily in untested tech, image, ... but not in people. Regularly understaffed, high turnover, poorly planned projects with unclear deliverables.
Pay should be higher or raises should be more frequent and higher.

I guess for the portland area we do well but when you have a whole tech ops org who cannot work remotely when you can get a remote job that pays more with better benefits. It's hard to make a comparison.

Hire more staff. With all the attrition there isn't enough staff to handle all the hiring that needs to happen.

Whats going on , is that it is alot of underpaid workers here and need investigation on managers, Nike beeds to do a full sweep and stop being lazy and worry about whats going on at the bottom and not just the top
