The thing that I like best about my leadership team is that they always find ways to make you better, instead of just giving you one chance, and in my past experiences, even criticising your work ethic.

Teams in general get along, always try to help, and stay positive despite everything going on. There's always someone willing to grab lunch with you or just talk about non-work stuff for a second. Everyone is reliable and kind.
