We don't really have a "culture" that anyone could identify, but my team works well together.
The employees at Nizhoni Health are always so friendly and welcoming. At the end of my first day, I was in the elevator heading down to the lobby with a few of my co-workers. They didn't recognize me, but noticed my Nizhoni ID and immediately introduced themselves and struck up a conversation.
We all work together well. That is kind of rare unfortunately
My team works very tightly together, leveraging all tools so that wherever we are we remain connected.
