Everything needs to change from starting from the top, especially in IT.

It was fast and they asked the right questions to know more about my background and what I could bring to the table.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to first of all understand that the employees are the drivers for meeting corporate financial targets. Treat your employees right, appreciate them, teach them to become better individual contributors and managers, communicate respectfully and don't be dictators.
