Short of manpower due to furloughs.. Very little off time. If you do take off you could get fired. Expected to work or be on call 86/90 days. Allowed 1 weekend mark off per 90 days. 3 weekday mark offs. Culture of us against them mentality from company officials. Low morale is rampant.

People skills. Create an atmosphere of teamwork, instead of harrassment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Deserve more hourly pay. Bonus pay should not fluctuate. Benefits should be better not get worse.
