
Very top heavy company. Needs thinning out.
Doing their job and not assuming the guys getting work done are violating rules
Low level supervision has to show worth to company by picking on transportation employees. They depend on you to run things because they don’t know how to but punish you if they feel you made wrong choice
Just a number to them. My supervisors main job is to find me violating a rule to fire me. If they don’t have a certain amount of negative check per month they themselves are fired. This creates a very hostile work environment.
