Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay rate, with off days that don't start at 2am.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not having to work into your scheduled days off. That is beyond frustrating trying to plan appointments then working 40 plus hours into your off days at times.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
As i said off days that start at 2am. Would it be so bad to start your off days the day before at 6pm. And still come off them at 4am. That'd be a total of 58 hours off. That'd help big time.
