Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises are not keeping up with the amount of increase in healthcare and does not keep cost of living.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Upper management allowing us to do the job that we have always done with fear of them watching over our shoulders.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They do not care about the employees that work for them. Do not appreciate nor award workers. Have not seen a bonus since I started working there. All of this is with them recording record profits every quarter since I was hired on.
