What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The living condition needs impovement as well as the way the employees are treated at work I feel like the company has done so many cut backs it's brought the moral of team down
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Well to start with they could bring back the safety bonus and raise our travel pay from 28 cent to the going rates of about 52 cent a mile and as they could bring back the safety dinners to reward the employees for working safe and maybe buy the employees a pair of boots a year since the company
