What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not all but alot management team i would consider a boss and not a leader (Boss is someone whom has no consideration for their employees and are solely focused on advancement and not what is best for the company as a whole including its employees) (A leader looks out for his team and the company )
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Morale as at an all time low because of the lack of consideration from the company. I do believe norfolk southern could be the best class 1 railroad if the company would consider its employees well being, in which would cause all employees to want to give 110% in every aspect of our daily tasks.
