What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm kind of excited at the idea of the company crashing and burning so we can get bought out by another railroad.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Financial responsibility; cutting out all overtime doesn't save the company money if your constantly calling extra crews to clean up, especially when the originating crew had ample time to finish the job!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The illusion of the companies "safety first" culture is a joke. Get the industry serviced and serviced fast... no overtime for you! I'll cut your job out and call an extra crew to finish!
