I feel the the company dont appreciate their workers. Healthcare and pay raise

Breifing their employees and treating them better with respect becausing we are more then just a number

They are to many chiefs telling the supervisors that's running the gangs what to do. Let them make the calls out here

I feel that after your hired out you are just a number not respected as a person anymore. Safety is a joke anymore.
